  • Sam has a great kit that holds all of his acupuncture gear and is compact and totally mobile. It would work great for a car first aid kit too. #firataidkits

  • Picked up a hot skillet, and burned four of my fingers. These burn gel infused strips helped a whole lot, and I'm going to make sure I put them in my herbal first aid kit!
